Selling - Harvesting Guidelines

Pricing, how to get the most for your product.

All prices quoted are for clean (NO MOLD/DRY) roots, leaves, herbs and barks.

Properly cared for, cleaned and dried items can often bring higher prices!

Example: Cut or slice Beth root, Poke root and other heavy roots for drying to prevent mold and speed the drying process.

Rossed bark is when the course outer bark is removed leaving only the inner bark for sale.

Slippery elm is bought only as rossed tree bark and rossed sassafras root bark pays more.

Harvest leaves and herbs in the flowering or seeding stage for maximum value.
